Thank you for joining!
We are about 16 months out and I cannot tell if we are early or already behind. Curious when everyone actually started touring and when you signed.
We have two venue tours this weekend and want to make sure we are asking about the things couples usually forget until later.
One venue looks cheaper but includes almost nothing, while another is more upfront but includes rentals and staffing. I am struggling to compare them fairly.
We are comfortable putting money down to hold the date, but I want to understand every future payment before we commit. Is that a reasonable thing to ask for?
We follow up quickly, but I am trying to make the message more useful and less salesy. What information do couples actually want right after touring?
I like the idea of seeing pricing and availability before going back and forth over email. I am curious what couples would want to see before feeling comfortable reserving online.
We want to be transparent without overwhelming people with every possible add-on. Curious what level of detail feels helpful instead of confusing.
I can see VenWed handling discovery, availability, booking, and payments, but I am curious where venue teams would want their existing CRM to stay in the workflow.
We are planning next season's availability strategy and would love to hear what other venues are seeing with date flexibility.
We would love to avoid the long request-a-quote process, but I am curious what information everyone would need before clicking reserve.
